    热挤压管嘴的超声波检测

    Ultrasonic Testing of Hot Extrusion Nozzle

    • 摘要: 采用热挤压成型的管嘴结构复杂,产生多方向缺陷的可能性较大,必须按RCC-M《压水堆核岛机械设备设计和建造法则》规范进行多方向的全体积超声检测。按照RCC-M规范对母管的质量要求确定了管嘴检测时对比试样的轴向、周向人工槽尺寸,并按管嘴的实物形状制作了对比试块。采用多角度探头检测时,重点对内壁R弧处的轮廓界面回波进行了分析,确定其为非缺陷回波,验证了热挤压直接成型管嘴工艺的可行性。

       

      Abstract: The tube mouth of hot extrusion forming must be inspected by ultrasonic testing according to the “RCC-M PWR nuclear machinery design and construction rules” because of the complexity of its structure and high probability of producing multi-direction defects. The axial and circumferential artificial slot size of reference blocks for the nozzle must be fabricated according to the RCC-M specification requirement for the quality of the mother tube and according to the physical shape of nozzle. Using multi-angle probe detection, the key point was to analyze the echo from the lining of R arc contour interface, which was identified as the defect echo, verifying the feasibility of hot extrusion forming nozzle process directly.
