基于ASME标准体系与HAF核质保体系对无损检测供应商的监查

The Review in Nondestructive Professional of QA Surveillance of Nuclear Equipment Industry Supplier

摘要: 对按照ASME标准体系和HAF核质保体系进行生产制造的供应商进行质保监查时，作为专业性较强的无损检测监查，在实施监查时需要对ASME体系和HAF质保体系中的无损检测人员、设备、文件等具体要求熟练掌握，并编制详细的检查单。基于两大体系中对无损检测的具体要求和不符合项案例，总结出在核电厂与核设备制造厂家无损检测监查的主要内容、流程及需要注意的一些事项。

Abstract: When making a QA surveillance of nuclear industry suppliers which based on ASME and HAF system, NDE engineer should have a good understanding for these two systems during surveillance practice. This article describes review activities and cases in QA surveillance from NDE perspective, including flow, summarization and feedbacks while surveying.
