    小直径铜棒的超声波自动检测系统应用

    Automatic Detection System Using Ultrasonic Small Diameter Copper Bar

    • 摘要: 针对2.5~15 mm的铜质棒材,采用脉冲反射法的表面波和穿透法的纵波相结合的方法,可以较好地解决薄壁小直径铜质棒材的检测方法。研制了小直径铜棒超声自动检测系统。系统主要由上位机(即PC机)、下位机(即单片机控制系统)、发射/接收电路、探头和机械系统组成。上位机通过RS232串口与下位机通信,从而完成系统控制和数据采集。试验表明,系统可以检出 2.5~15 mm铜质棒材上直径为 0.5 mm,深度为1/4D的人工平底孔,可以实现定性定量检测。

       

      Abstract: According to the thin copper rod of  2.5~15 mm, the method by combination of the rayleigh wave of pulse-echo and the longitudinal wave of penetration is adopted.the testing problem of the thin copper rod of 2.5 mm~ 15 mm is solved very well,and the ultrasonic auto-testing system for thin copper rod is developed. The system consists of several functional units, such as the upper computer(PC unit),the lower computer(Single Chip Microcomputer unit),the pulser/receiver, transducer and the mechanical unit.The upper computer and lower computer can communicate with each other by RS232,which accomplish the system controlling and data collecting.The experiment shows that the ultrasonic atuo-testing system can accomplish qualitative and quantitative testing for thin copper rod of  2.5~15 mm,which the diameter of the artificial blat-bottom hole is 0.5mm and the length of it is 1/4D.
