聚乙烯管道焊接超声波检测中的空间复合成像技术

Spatial Compounding Imaging in Ultrasonic Test for Joint of Polyethylene Pipe

  • 摘要: 介绍了空间复合成像原理及其优势,利用空间复合成像技术对提高图像质量进行了试验,结果表明:空间复合成像技术可以降低聚乙烯管道焊接超声波检测中成像的噪声,扩大检测区域,降低盲区和伪像,提高图像对比度及分辨率。在PE管道焊接相控阵检测和工程实践中使用了该空间复合成像技术,取得了较好的效果,图像质量和缺陷检出能力得到了提高。
    Abstract: The principle of spatial compound imaging and its advantages were introduced and experiments by using the spatial compounding imaging to improve the image quality were carried out. Test results show that the spatial compound imaging technology can reduce the noise in polyethylene pipe welding imaging in ultrasonic testing, expand the testing area, reduce the blind area and artifacts, and thus can improve the contrast and resolution image. And in the PE pipeline welding the spatial compound imaging technique using phased array inspection was applied in engineering practice and achieved good results, and the image quality and defect detection ability were improved.
