    天然气管道在线无损检测技术

    NDT Technologies for In-line Inspection of Natural Gas Pipelines

    • 摘要: 阐述了天然气管道运行情况及其易发缺陷,在此基础上介绍了天然气无损检测技术的发展历史和存在的技术问题,综述了天然气管道在线无损检测技术特点和难点,重点分析了漏磁检测技术、远场涡流检测技术和电磁超声检测技术,并介绍了磁记忆检测技术和激光超声两种新型检测技术。最后综合对比了各种检测技术特点和检测能力,并指出了天然气管道在线无损检测技术发展的趋势。

       

      Abstract: This paper states the condition about gas pipe and the flaws of gas pipe, and based on this it describes the development and presents problems about In-line Inspection of Natural Gas Pipeline. Reviewing the characteristics and difficulties, this paper analyzes MFL, RFEC and EMAT, besides it introduces two new NDT Technologies: MMMT and LUT. At last, by comparing the characteristics and detectability of all NDT Technologies, then this paper also points the development of NDT Technology for In-line Inspection of Natural Gas Pipeline.
