    304奥氏体不锈钢涡流检测频率的优化

    Frequency Optimization of Eddy Current Testing for 304 Austenitic Stainless Steel

    • 摘要: 论述了奥氏体不锈钢压力容器的检测现状及存在的不足,分析了涡流检测相对于其它无损检测方法对奥氏体不锈钢检测的优势,通过对304奥氏体不锈钢人工试件不同规格刻槽的涡流检测频率分别进行试验,并结合特征频率法和仿真分析法的结果,得出检测时具有实际意义的最佳工作频率。

       

      Abstract: This article firstly discourses status quo and shortcomings of the detection of the austenitic stainless steel pressure vessel, and then analyzes the advantage of eddy current testing relative to other nondestructive testing methods. Through the selection of detection frequencies for different specifications grooves of the test piece and the combination with the results of the characteristic frequency and frequency simulation analysis method, the best operating frequencies of the actual significance were obtained.
