    超声相控阵检测缺陷的灵敏度试验

    Experimental Research on Defect Detecting Sensitivity by Ultrasonic Phased Array

    • 摘要: 为模拟实际焊缝中裂纹、气孔等常见缺陷,设计了一个具有不同孔径、深度、和倾斜角度的通孔型试块,来实现仪器探伤灵敏度的标定。通过对试块上四组缺陷的检测,发现超声相控阵对不同缺陷的检出灵敏度表现出一定的规律性,且通过合理的焦距设置可以改善仪器的检测效果。试验结果对实际焊缝和钢材内部缺陷检测具有一定的参考价值。

       

      Abstract: A test-plate with diverse diameters, depths, slopes holes were designed for simulating common defects which were cracks, air holes in real welds in order to demarcate the testing sensitivity for instrument. Compared with results of experiment on test-plate, we found the regularity of sensitivity for detecting diverse defects by ultrasonic phased array. Besides, the testing effect would be improved by adjusting the focal distance properly. This conclusion had a certain reference value in inner defects testing in real welds and steel products.
