钢板厚度对声发射检测仪源定位影响的试验研究

摘要: 试验室中利用SDAES 12通道数字声发射检测仪，针对不同厚度的钢板进行了模拟声源定位试验，得到不同板厚情况下检测仪对声源定位的误差，之后对不同板厚的误差值进行了对比，得到源定位的线性误差和平面误差，且板厚对定位误差影响不大，而平面定位中x坐标的相对误差略大于y坐标的相对误差。Abstract: Through using SDAES12 channel acoustic emission detector, a series of locations of simulated sound source experiments is excuted to steel plate with different thickness, and the positional error of simulated sound source is obtained and after that , positional relative error is compared, and some useful conclude is draw.
