Experimental Studies on the Influence of Plate Thickness on the Acoustic Emission Source Location

摘要: 试验室中利用SDAES 12通道数字声发射检测仪,针对不同厚度的钢板进行了模拟声源定位试验,得到不同板厚情况下检测仪对声源定位的误差,之后对不同板厚的误差值进行了对比,得到源定位的线性误差和平面误差,且板厚对定位误差影响不大,而平面定位中x坐标的相对误差略大于y坐标的相对误差。Abstract: Through using SDAES12 channel acoustic emission detector, a series of locations of simulated sound source experiments is excuted to steel plate with different thickness, and the positional error of simulated sound source is obtained and after that , positional relative error is compared, and some useful conclude is draw.
