    搅拌摩擦焊焊缝的无损检测技术

    Nondestructive Evaluation for Friction Stir Welding

    • 摘要: 简要介绍了搅拌摩擦焊焊缝缺陷的种类及形成机理,并详细介绍了搅拌摩擦焊焊缝缺陷的渗透检测、射线检测、超声波检测及涡流检测取得的最新进展和研究成果。比较了这四种检测方法的优势与不足,提出了在检测中将阵列涡流检测与相控阵超声波检测结合可以最大程度地发现搅拌摩擦焊焊缝缺陷。

       

      Abstract: The paper introduced the type and mechanism of the defects of Friction stir welding(FSW), and concentrated on the development and research results of penetration testing, radiography testing, ultrasonic testing, eddy current testing for the defects of FSW. Through comparison between advantages and disadvantages of the dectection methods, it concluded that the combination of ultrasonic phased-array and eddy current array for the inspection of FSW might be able to find the defects to the greatest extent.
