    加氢反应器凸台堆焊层裂纹的PA超声波检测

    Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing for Hydrogenation Reactor Convex Platform Welding Layer Crack

    • 摘要: 通过试验实现了相控阵超声检测技术(PA)在加氢反应器凸台堆焊层裂纹检测中的应用。可测量的最小裂纹高度为2 mm(试块)/3 mm(工件), 裂纹高度测量误差小于1.0 mm。该技术适用于多种规格凸台堆焊层裂纹的检测。

       

      Abstract: Through experimental research,the application of phase array ultrasonic testing technology (PA) in the crack detection for hydrogenation reactor convex platform overlay welding was realized. The minimum measurable crack height of 2 mm(test block)/3 mm(workpiece) was achieved, and the crack height measurement error was less than 1.0 mm .The technology could be applied to the convex platform overlay welding crack detection of many specifications.
