    核电厂接管内圆角超声检查技术

    Ultrasonic Examination Technique of Nozzle Inner Radius and Bore Region in Nuclear Power Plant

    • 摘要: 核电厂在役检查时需对核岛关键设备如反应堆压力容器、蒸汽发生器等接管内圆角区域进行超声检查以发现可能存在的缺陷。由于接管复杂的几何形状,内圆角区域的超声检查一直以来就是检测技术难点。结合AMSE规范的相关要求,介绍了接管内圆角内外壁检查技术,并结合接管内圆角超声检查技术开发的试验研究情况,得出使用特定角度参数型号探头进行定位、定量,采用模拟仿真软件进行建模辅助分析,根据不同堆型及实际情况使用其它检测方法进行检测。

       

      Abstract: In-service ultrasonic examination shall be performed the key components(such as RPV and SG) of Nuclear Power Plant in order to detect service-induced defects in the nozzle inner radius and bore region. Due to complex geometry, the development of ultrasonic examination technique of nozzle inner radius has always been a challenge. This article mainly introducs ultrasonic examination technique of inner radius from inner surface and outer surface according to ASME code requirement, and then discusses the effective technique for inner radius ultrasonic examination based on research development of our company.
