    复合材料与钢板黏合面的太赫兹无损检测

    Terahertz Nondestructive Inspection for Adhesive Face with Composite Materials and Steel Plate

    • 摘要: 在分析了太赫兹无损检测技术工作原理的基础上,应用德国SynViewScan 300连续太赫兹成像系统对复合材料与钢板黏合面进行了检测,研究了太赫兹无损检测技术对黏合面质量的检测能力。试验结果表明,太赫兹波能透过复合材料,获得样件与钢板黏合面的二维太赫兹图像,并能据此评估黏合质量,满足其无损检测的要求。研究结果为复合材料黏合质量及脱黏状况的测试提供了有力的技术支持。

       

      Abstract: Based on the analysis of terahertz nondestructive inspection technology, the adhesive faces with composite materials and steel plate were tested with Germany SynViewScan 300 consecutive terahertz imaging system, and the feasibility of terahertz nondestructive inspection technique for adhesive quality was studied. The results showed that terahertz wave could pass through the composite materials, the adhesive quality of sample and sheet plate was estimated with the two-dimension terahertz imaging of adhesive face, and the requirements of nondestructive inspection were satisfied. The studies provided strong technical support for composite materials adhesive quality and off sticky situation test.
