The Distinguishing Permeability Variation Eddy Signal in Steam Generator Heat Exchanger Tubes by Numerical Calculation

摘要: 利用数值计算的方法,对涡流检验区域存在异常磁区的蒸汽发生器传热管材模型进行模拟及计算,获得了不同条件下磁区信号的涡流响应变化关系,并将之与实际缺陷响应信号进行对比分析,得出可通过响应相位区间及其变化规律的不同来对异常磁区涡流信号进行判别,从而提高涡流检验数据分析的准确性和可靠性。Abstract: Steam Generator Heat Exchanger Tubes model with the exceptional permeability variation(PVN) in eddy current testing is simulated and calculated by numerical simulation method, and the transformation relations with permeability variation under different conditions were obtained, which is used to contrast with actual defect signal. So we can distinguish PVN by the difference with response phase and transformation rule, which enhances the veracity and reliability of analysis with eddy current testing.
