Abstract: Defected samples of W-Mo alloy were prepared and inspected using ultrasonic technique. Characteristics of the ultrasonic waveforms were investigated and validated by anatomical method with SEM and EDS analysis. The results showed that the ultrasonic inspecting technique was capable for the defect positioning and the type judging in the W-Mo alloy.
