    焊缝余高对超声波探伤的影响

    The Impact of Weld Reinforcement on Ultrasonic Testing

    • 摘要: 超声探伤中, 不同形态的焊缝余高产生的干扰波是常见的干扰信号。焊缝探伤的变角回波以及余高干扰波, 无论斜探头角度多大, 都有可能存在, 遇到此类按常规方法定位于熔合线附近或母材内的回波, 须认真地观察焊缝外形、更换探头角度、双面双侧检测、精确定位分析、必要时打磨焊缝等, 以避免造成误判。

       

      Abstract: In ultrasonic testing, the interference echoes caused by different forms of weld reinforcement were common interference signals. No matter how oblique the angle probe was, the variable angle echoes and interference echoes of reinforcement possibly existed. Facing these echoes whose locations, located by common method, were near fusion line or within base material, it was essential to observe the weld shape carefully, re-adjust the probe angle, and to utilize two side bilaterally test and accurate location analysis. If necessary, it was needed to grind welds to avoid misjudgments.
