    超声相控阵技术在管材检测中的应用

    Application of Ultrasonic Phased Array Technology in Tube Detection

    • 摘要: 针对管材检测中常规超声波探伤设备稳定性差、检测效率低、探伤时声束灵活性差、信噪比低等问题,研究了超声相控阵技术在管材检测中的应用方法,并研制出一套管材超声相控阵在线检测系统。该系统拥有6套发射接收及采集处理板,每套拥有16个独立通道,共96个发射接收及采集通路。系统还拥有一套超声相控阵在线检测系统显示控制软件,能够以多种成像方式实时显示检测结果并报警。通过对两种不同尺寸的无缝钢管进行了试验分析,结果表明该试验系统具有高效、灵活和可靠等优点。

       

      Abstract: An ultrasonic phased array testing system was presented and developed for tube detection, as the conventional testing equipment usually encountered the unsteadiness, low SNR and low detection efficiency. The system has six sets of transmitting and receiving boards and collecting and processing boards. Each set has 16 independent channels. There are 96 channels totally. The system also has a set of ultrasonic phased array control and display software, which can display the test results in a variety of imaging modalities instantly. The experiment analyses have been carried out with two different sizes of the tubes. It shows that the system has high efficiency, flexibility, reliability, and other advantages.
