    SONIX-HS1000型超声显微镜的影像识别系统改进

    Improvement of SONIX-HS1000 Ultrasonic Microscope by Utilizing Industrial Image Identification System

    • 摘要: HS1000型超声显微镜是SONIX公司早期的设备。界面扫描后,只能计算矩形界面图形,无法进行复杂边界的计算。当图像背景颜色改变后,计算结果也有很大的误差。由于软件保护,无法对设备自带软件进行二次开发。利用工业影像系统软件作为平台,开发了超声显微镜的图像计算软件。新的软件可以进行任意图形焊接面积的计算,计算误差控制在1.6%以内。实践证明,该软件可以方便地进行不同界面、不同背景的焊接界面的面积计算。

       

      Abstract: HS1000 ultrasonic microscope is the old version of machine from SONIX. After scanning, the machine can not figure out the ROI area with complicated boundary except rectangular one. If the ROI background changed, the result would change a lot. Due to software inside machine was blocked, it was impossible to be upgraded. Utilizing vision software as platform, we developed new software for ultrasonic microscope. The new software can process facultative boundary of picture, and the error of calculation is within 1.6%. It proves that the new software is flexible to study and apply for different boundary and background of picture of welding interface.
