    超声表面波探伤在轴承检测中的应用

    Application of Ultrasonic Surface Wave for Rolling Bearing Flaw Detection

    • 摘要: 对成品轴承检测时的超声表面波探伤进行了技术分析,阐述了超声表面波的探伤原理,并分析了其应用的可能性。通过试验表明,在成品轴承不拆卸的情况下,超声表面波技术可有效检测轴承零件的表面缺陷,并且对轴承的使用不会产生影响,降低了成品轴承在质量抽查、复查过程中存在的困难,为关键部位轴承的生产、使用、维护及保养提供安全可靠的实用检测手段。

       

      Abstract: This paper analyzes the ultrasonic surface wave flaw detection technology for finished rolling bearing , and elaborates the probability of application of ultrasonic surface wave flaw detection . The results have shown that the bearing surface flaws can be detected effectively by ultrasonic surface wave without disassembly and the quality of finished bearings shall not be influenced. This detection reduces the difficulty in selective examination and countercheck of the bearings and provides credibility detection method for production and maintenance of the crucial bearing.
