支柱瓷绝缘子、瓷套超声波检测智能仪的研制

Research of the Stanchion Porcelain Insulator and Porcelain-Cap Ultrasonic Examining Intellective Apparatus

摘要: 总结了多年现场超声波检测支柱瓷绝缘子及瓷套经验。结合高强瓷的发展，研制出适合电网支柱瓷绝缘子及瓷套检测的超声波检测智能仪。该仪器简化了调节程序，设立了闸门报警与缺陷自动评判程序。仪器的使用提高了检测质量，避免了电网事故的发生。

Abstract: By summarizing the experience of ultrasonic examining the stanchion porcelain insulator and porcelain-cap on live for several years and combing the current developing of strong porcelain, the intelligent apparatus adapting to electrical net stanchion porcelain insulator and porcelain-cap ultrasonic examining has been developed. The intelligent apparatus has powerful examining function which reduces apparatus and specimen adjusting process, and it establishes valve alarming and defect automatically judging procedures which improves the quality of examining and avoids the electricity-net accident.
