    焊接接头的相控阵超声检测

    Application of phased array technology for weld joints defect detection

    • 摘要: 相控阵超声检测技术通过控制探头中各芯片的激励和调节声束参数来进行检测,具有无需锯齿扫查,声束角度广,缺陷显示直观等特点。通过对含焊接缺陷试板的焊接接头进行相控阵超声检测,并与其他检测方法进行对比,综合分析了典型缺陷信号特性,为相控阵超声检测技术在焊接接头缺陷实际检测中的应用提供借鉴。

       

      Abstract: The phased array ultrasonic detection technology controls the adjustment of the excitation and sound beam parameters of each chip in the probe, and is characteristic of sawtooth-free scanning, wide sound beam angle, and intuitive defect display. In this paper, the defects in the welding joint were detected by phased array ultrasonic and compared with other detection methods, and the signal characteristics of typical defects were comprehensively analyzed, providing references for the application of phased array ultrasonic detection technology in the welding joint defect detection in the actual detection process.
