The In-situ Testing for the Wheel Hub of One Aircraft

摘要: 某型飞机轮毂易发生缺陷的部位距离探测面较近,用普通的纵波直探头进行原位探测比较困难,而双晶直探头探伤盲区小,探伤灵敏度高,设计专用的双晶直探头可以实现该型轮毂的探伤,经应用证明,探伤效果良好。Abstract: The detected part of the wheel hub is near to the surface of putted probe. It is difficult to implement in-situ testing using longitudinal wave straight probe . The dead zone of the dual-crystal straight probe is short, and its testing sensitivity is high. The nondestructive testing can be completed for the wheel hub by the expert dual-crystal straight probe, and it is proved that the testing effect is well.
