    玻璃纤维增强树脂基复合材料内部缺陷检测的仿真

    The Simulation of Detection of Defects in Glass Fiber Reinforced Resin Matrix Composite Material

    • 摘要: 采用Imagine 3D仿真模拟软件,模拟不同探头、不同频率、不同水距下的超声检测效果,从而得出最佳检测工艺条件;用此最佳检测工艺条件,模拟检测玻璃纤维增强树脂基复合材料的内部缺陷;与实际聚焦探头超声脉冲反射法的检测结果相比,仿真结果和实际试验结果相吻合。

       

      Abstract: Using Imagine 3D simulation software for simulating the detection effect of different probe, different frequencies, different water distances and the best conditions were obtained. Then the inner defect of glass fiber reinforced resin matrix composite material under the best testing conditions were simulated. Contrasting focus probe ultrasonic pulse-echo method testing results and simulation results showed that the two coincided.
