    路面雷达在高速公路施工质量控制中的应用

    Application of Road Radar to Control Highway Construction Quality

    • 摘要: 控制高速公路的施工质量是保证其日后正常运营的关键。选取某在建高速公路一试验段,用路面雷达和介电常数测试仪进行路基和路面的测试,并对路基进行灌砂法试验,对路面进行钻孔取芯来验证。结果发现,路面雷达计算介电常数与含水量、湿密度和压实度之间都具有很好的相关性,其计算的基层和面层厚度与取芯厚度非常接近,并与介电常数测试仪的测试数据也有很好的相关性。因此,路面雷达可以对高速公路的路基和路面的施工质量进行检测和控制。

       

      Abstract: To control the construction quality of highway is the key measure for its safe work in future. One highway under construction was taken as an example, road radar and dielectric instrument were used at some testing segments, normal methods were carried on at the road, such as sand cone method at the subgrade and core drilling method at the pavement, and some important conclusions were obtained by comparing the calculated data by road radar with the tested data by the normal methods, which revealed that the dielectric values calculated by road radar and tested dielectric instrument, dielectric values and water content, density and degree of compaction all had good correlations, and the thickness of subgrade and pavement calculated by road radar were almost equal to their actual values tested by the normal methods, that is to say that road radar can be used to control the construction quality of subgrade and pavement.
