    钢管混凝土声波透射检测方法研究

    Research on Ultrasonic Testing Method for Concrete Filled Steel Pipe

    • 摘要: 提出了应用声波CT技术检测钢管混凝土,基于Fermat理论,从横(径向)纵(轴向)截面两个方向分析了钢管对声时最小路径的影响,得到钢管的屏蔽区域与混凝土平均波速的关系,对不同超声波脉冲宽度通过ANSYS计算进行了验证。结果表明,混凝土存在下限波速,当混凝土平均波速低于此值时,钢管将形成全屏蔽,造成声波检测失效;当混凝土平均波速高于此值时,存在菱形的非屏蔽区域,此区域内布置的测点不受钢管的屏蔽影响。

       

      Abstract: The ultrasonic CT technology is proposed to test concrete filled steel pipe. Firstly, on the horizontal orientation, using sector testing of concrete filled steel pipe at some degree was approved; which was verified by ANSYS simulation. Also, the influence of steel pipe and ultrasonic pulse width was analyzed. Secondly, on the vertical orientation, the wave front and the travel time were analyzed. The condition of restriction of ultrasonic CT technology applying to concrete filled steel pipe testing was obtained.
