Abstract: Taking No45 cold rolled steel as the research object, experiments on three kinds of defect sample were carried out, defect character signal of each test lines along with stress increasing was extracted and analyzed, and an analysis on the experiment results was made. The results showed that abnormality changing of defect magnetic memory signal could speculate history of loading, also could know situatation of stress and deformation.
