摘要: 为查找凝汽器泄漏原因, 对已经发生泄漏的凝汽器钛管周围管进行了涡流检测。结合两个典型的涡流阻抗信号, 利用标准检测程序功能制作了标定曲线, 可准确计算钛管减薄量。结合视频功能, 得出影响凝汽器钛管泄漏的原因在于外壁缺陷与机组启停产生的应力共同作用, 而外壁缺陷的根源是与支撑隔板间的碰损, 支撑隔板安装的垂直度及每行的同心度影响着支撑隔板与钛管的装配间隙, 在机组运行中隔板会导致钛管的外壁缺陷。Abstract: For seeking the cause of the leakage in turbine condenser, eddy current testing was applied in the titanium tube around the leakage tube. Combining the two typical eddy impedance signals and using the standard detection program, we can deduce the demarcating curve which can be used to calculate the thickness loss of titanium tube. The leakage of titanium tube lies in the tube defects and the stress on account of power unit startup and stop. Abrasion between the titanium tube and the separating plate causes the defects of titanium tube. The fixing vertical angle of separating plate and concentricity of the row affect the assemble clearance between the titanium tube and separating plate.
