Flaw Localization Estimation of Ultrasonic Circumferential Testing of Cylindrical Surface

摘要: 圆柱面周向超声检测时需要对超标波形进行定位。在确保误差控制在1 mm内的前提下,采用将二次波位置的缺陷转换为计算一次波位置缺陷的思路,探讨了基于平板缺陷定距计算的简化公式,可以帮助检测人员在实际检测中快速判定缺陷位置,在保证一定的精度的同时提高检验效率。Abstract: It is needed to localize the flaw position for echos over the gate on ultrasonic circumferential testing. Under the prerequisite of location error less than 1 mm, the flaws at second wave position was transferred into the flaw at initial echo position. The simplification formula based on flat flaw localization was researched, which can increase the detection efficiency and control the error.
