    圆柱导体的双参数差动式涡流检测技术的研究

    Research on Double Parameter Eddy Current Testing Technology

    • 摘要: 由于圆柱导体双参数绝对式涡流传感器对微变信号测量的分辨率比较低,因此提出了一种能够与之相互补充的差动式双参数测量理论。根据欧姆定律、圆柱形导体磁场渗透公式,引用通用函数建立了数学模型,并且设计了相应的差动式涡流传感器及其检测方法,通过实验数据验证了理论的有效性。

       

      Abstract: On account of the lower resolution of the eddy current sensor in testing the slightly-changing signals, being directed against the defect measuring of this method in the study, a mutually complementary differential double parameter testing theory is proposed. Based on Ohm Law and the cylindrical conductors magnetic permeating formula, a mathematic model is established. It employs the general function and differential formula. Then the corresponding differential eddy current sensor and the testing means are designed. Experimental results demonstrate the validity of the theory.
