    TaW薄板分层缺陷检测及成因分析

    Test and Analysis of Delaminated Defect in TaW Thin-Plate

    • 摘要: 针对1.6~3 mm厚度的TaW板线切割加工过程中产生的分层缺陷,研究了薄板分层缺陷的无损检测方法。结果表明,对薄板分层缺陷单独采用兰姆波检测容易造成漏检,而高频水浸超声检测方法能够灵敏地检测出薄板中的分层缺陷。结合加工工艺及金相分析手段,对TaW板加工过程中产生分层缺陷的原因进行了分析,结果表明,材质不佳以及线切割加工时产生的热应力是分层缺陷形成的原因。

       

      Abstract: The effective non-destructive testing techniques were studied to test delaminated defect caused during line-cutting in thin-plate with thickness 1.6 to 3 mm. The results showed that the delaminated defect in thin plate might not be detected if only Lamb wave was used, but it was easy to detect delaminated defect with high frequency immersion ultrasonic. Combining the machining technology with the metallurgical analysis, the defect cause was analyzed. The results showed that poor quality material and hot stress from line-cutting were the main reasons causing delaminated defect.
