Research of Fixed-Frequency Eddy Current Sense Method for False Coin Discrimination

摘要: 在对常见的一元假硬币特性参数的测量、研究基础上,总结了真伪币电特性上的区别。提出了采用固频偏谐振电涡流传感器进行幅度测量的方法。实现了硬币真伪的快速无损鉴别,获得较高的识别率。基于这种方法的电路设计成本低、识别率高、可应用于商业领域。Abstract: In order to remove fake coin real time and get rid of trouble of false coin, based on the measurement and research of characteristic parameter of usual one-yuan false coin, the paper sums up the differences of electrical characteristic parameter of real and false coin, presents a new rapid, lossless technique to discriminate false coin. Proposed method applies fixed frequency and partial resonance eddy-current sensor to measure voltage amplitude and has high discrimination ratio. Circuit design based on the new method is of low cost and high discrimination percentage, and it can be used in commercial field.
