Eddy Current Examination Capabilities on Steam Generator Tubes

摘要: 蒸汽发生器传热管的涡流检测对核电站的安全运行十分重要。由于传热管存在的缺陷大部分为降质缺陷, 且较常见的类型为体积效应较小的缺陷。RSEM规范中要求涡流检测可以发现体积为1 mm3的缺陷, 对涡流检验系统的能力进行了试验分析, 结果表明其检测能力可以满足国际标准的规定。Abstract: Eddy current examination of the steam generator tubes was critical to the safe and economical operation of power stations. The most defect forms of the steam generator tubes are degradation and more frequmtly encountered defects are volumetrically small ones. In RSEM, it requires that 1 mm3 volume can be detected. The examination capability is researched in this paper. Through analysis of result data, the examination capability can meet the requirement of international standard.
