核电站蒸汽发生器制造和停堆期间的泄漏检验

Leak Testing for Manufacturing and Shutdown of Nuclear Power Station Steam Generator

摘要: 介绍了核电站蒸汽发生器制造时管子与管板焊缝的氦检漏技术和检测一、二次侧间总泄漏率的方法。在核电站停堆期间的氦检漏和水分检漏的方法, 已成功地在坎杜堆蒸汽发生器中采用, 氦检漏和水分检漏技术的检测限值分别为0.001和0.05 kg/h。

Abstract: Introduced the helium leak testing technologies of welded joint tube-to-tubesheet for steam generator manufacturing and method of all leakage rate monitoring of secondary-to-primary side were introduced. The helium leak testing and water content leak testing were used successfully for shutdown in CANDU steam generators, and their detection limits were 0.001 and 0.005 kg/h, respectively.
