    超声波自动爬壁系统在大型储罐壁厚检测中的应用

    Application of Ultrasonic Auto Wall Climbing System in Wall Thickness Measuring of Large Storage Tank

    • 摘要: 介绍一种罐壁自动超声波测厚系统。采用永磁吸附方式将四轮驱动小车吸附在罐壁,采用橡胶轮式超声波探头进行测厚,无需耦合剂。小车爬行时,系统自动测量并存储罐壁厚度数据。分析厚度数据时,按不同层板厚设置安全厚度,对测得数据进行厚度识别。试验结果表明该方法与一般方法测厚结果吻合,具有推广使用价值。

       

      Abstract: An ultrasonic automatic wall thickness measuring system of storage tank was introduced. A four-wheel driven mini-car acted as the carrier of the system, the mini-car was attracted on the wall by a piece of permanent-magnet built under the car, a rubber wheel ultrasonic probe was used to collect data, which need no couplant. When the car running, the system measured the wall thickness of the tank and stored the thickness data. When analyzing the thickness data, different filter bands were set according to the different limited layer thickness. The testing results of the system was proved to be in agreement with the testing results detected by ordinary wall thickness measuring method.
