    基于VC平台的厚壁无缝钢管超声波探伤系统的软件设计

    Design of Software for Ultrasonic Flaw Detection System for Thick Welled Seamless Steel Pipe Based on VC Platform

    • 摘要: 对于厚径比大于0.2的无缝厚壁钢管,无法同时实现纯横波探伤和内壁探伤.为此,通过对无缝厚壁钢管探伤原理的分析,设计了一种基于VC++平台开发的与高压无缝厚壁钢管超声波探伤系统配套的软件系统,并详细论述了软件的设计思路和技术实现的要点.该软件系统实现了探伤系统的实时采集、滤波处理、回波显示、缺陷诊断、报告生成等功能,并对20 mm×6 mm的厚壁无缝钢管进行了自动探伤.结果表明:软件系统满足探伤性能指标要求,对厚壁管探伤的研究具有工程指导意义.

       

      Abstract: The shear and longitudinal wave detection cannot be realized simultaneously in the thick wall steel pipe,whose ratio of thickness to radius is more than 0.2 Aiming at this problem,through the analysis of the detecting principle of thick wall steel pipe,a software system of ultrasonic flaw detection for high pressure seamless thick wall steel pipe based on VC++ is designed,and the design idea and technical implementation key points of software are stated.This software system implements some functions of the real-time acquisition,filtering processing,echo display,defects diagnosis and report print and the 20×6mm thick wall seamless steel pipe is detected automatically by using the software.The results show that the software system can satisfy the requirement of flaw detecting performance index,and has the engineering guidance significance for study of thick wall pipe flaw detecting.
