    无损检测在偏滤器质量控制上的应用

    Application of Nondestructive Testing in Quality Control of Divertor

    • 摘要: 总结了作为PFCs中最重要部分的偏滤器(Divertor)在制备过程中控制部件复合界面质量的超声检测和红外热像技术。这两种方法对于一定尺度的缺陷具有很高的检测灵敏度。

       

      Abstract: Plasma facing components(PFCs) consist essentially of plasma facing materials(PFMs) and Heat sink(HS). On fusion facility working, extremely high heat flux will deposit on PFMs surface and induce the temperature to raise dramatically and then destroy them to shorten PFCs service time. However, since the quality of interface between PFMs and HS is the key point for the heat flux removing, the effective nondestructive method should be employed to control it. In this paper, ultrasonic method and infrared thermography for Divertor was overviewed and provided with high sensibility for defects in specific dimension.
