Abstract:
Plasma facing components(PFCs) consist essentially of plasma facing materials(PFMs) and Heat sink(HS). On fusion facility working, extremely high heat flux will deposit on PFMs surface and induce the temperature to raise dramatically and then destroy them to shorten PFCs service time. However, since the quality of interface between PFMs and HS is the key point for the heat flux removing, the effective nondestructive method should be employed to control it. In this paper, ultrasonic method and infrared thermography for Divertor was overviewed and provided with high sensibility for defects in specific dimension.
