    基于声发射信号频谱分析的焊接夹渣试件特征参数分析

    Characteristic Parameters Analysis of Welding Slag Specimen Based on the Acoustic Emission Signal Spectrum Analysis

    • 摘要: 为避免钢铁构件由于焊接夹渣缺陷造成的危害, 针对焊接夹渣试件, 采用试验模拟其在受载作用下的变形断裂过程并收集其声发射信号, 对信号进行频谱分析提取特征参数的分布范围。通过比较标准试件和焊接夹渣试件的特征参数, 得到局域谱1、局域谱3、频率质心、平均频率、峰值频率这些特征参数, 可用来判别标准试件和焊接夹渣试件。这为利用声发射技术对焊缝中的夹渣检测提供了判断依据。

       

      Abstract: In order to avoid the hazards to steel components caused by welding slag defects, acoustic emisson (AE) signals were colleted during the deformation and fracture process of the welding slag specimen and analysis was used to analyze the AE signal and to extract the distribution range of the characteristic parameters. By comparing the characteristic parameters of the standard specimen and welding slag specimen, it was found that the characteristic parameters like local spectrum 1 and 3, frequency centroid, average frequency and peak frequency could be used to distinguish standard specimen and welding slag specimen. Present findings provide the judgment for the use of acoustic emission technology to detect the weld slag.
