    基于巴克豪森效应的钢轨表面应力研究

    Application of Barkhausen Effect to Research the Surface Stress of Rail

    • 摘要: 基于巴克豪森噪声(MBN)检测原理, 研究了60 kg/m钢轨的巴克豪森信号与压应力的变化关系。介绍了MBN检测系统的设计与实行方案和在应力检测方面的应用。在材料的弹性范围内, MBN平均值、均方根和振铃数都随着压应力的增大而减小, 其变化率依次递增。MBN峰值时间随着压应力的增大而增大。MBN信号与温度呈线性关系, 可用来检测不同温度下的钢轨应力值。

       

      Abstract: The relationships between Barkhausen signals in the 60 kg/m rail and the compressive stress are developed in terms of Barkhausen noise(MBN). The paper reports the design and implementation of MBN systems and its application for stress measurement.In the range of elastic limit, MBN average, RMS, counts decreases with the increase of compressive stress. The rate of changes gradually increases. The peak time of Barkhausen signal increases with the increase of compressive stress. MBN signals show the linear relationship with temperatures, and it can be used to detect stress value of rail at different temperatures.
