    基于邻域对比度的X射线数字图像自适应增强法

    Adaptive Enhancement of X-Ray Digital Image Based on Neighborhood Contrast

    • 摘要: 为了有效地增强X射线数字图像的对比度以满足识别需求,提出了一种基于邻域对比度的自适应增强算法。首先使用最小缺陷法分析等比丝像质计(IQI)的成像特性,根据相应透射厚度的最高分辨率需求确定邻域的选取原则,然后根据邻域内的对比度关系,确定对比度映射函数,并以此为依据进行图像对比度增强。该算法能够有效地增强整体和细节图像质量, 避免失真,不仅适用于X射线数字图像的对比度增强, 还可以作为一般灰度图像的增强算法。

       

      Abstract: In order to meet the demand of the identification, a X-ray digital image adaptive enhancement algorithm based on neighborhood contrast was proposed. Firstly, the imaging characteristic of the Image Quality Indicator(IQI) was analyzed based on minimum defect method. Subsequently, the neighborhood selection principle was determined according to the corresponding requirement for the highest resolution. After comparing the contrast relationship within the neighborhood, the adaptive mapping function was derived. Finally, the image contrast was enhanced. Both of the global and local quality of the images can be enhanced efficiently based on the algorithm. The distortion is also well suppressed. It is suitable for not only enhancement of X-ray digital images, but also regular grayscale images.
