    X射线数字成像技术在埋弧焊管焊缝检测中的应用

    Application of X-Ray Digital Imaging Technology in NDT for Submerged Arc Welded Pipe

    • 摘要: 针对目前埋弧焊管焊缝X射线胶片法检测时存在效率低、成本高、污染环境以及图像增强器实时成像法存在灵敏度低等缺点, 研究开发了X射线数字成像技术。该技术采用线性CCD电荷耦合器, 实现了X射线的接收和图像转换, 通过后续图像处理可使检测相对灵敏度达到或超过胶片法, 并优于图像增强器实时成像法。经过现场使用效果良好, 静态相对灵敏度可达1.3%, 满足API 5L和ISO 3183管线钢管标准对射线检测的要求, 具有较好的推广和应用价值。

       

      Abstract: The X-ray Digital Technology was developed, aiming to overcome the shortcoming of low efficiency, high cost and environmental pollution for film detection method, and poor sensitivity for image intensifier real time imaging method existing in the present X-ray inspection for the weld seam of Submerged Arc Welded Pipes. The technology used a linear CCD, and realized the X-ray reception and image inversion, and through the following up treatment, the detection sensitivity reached or exceeded the level of film detection method, and fully better than the level of image intensifier real time imaging method. After using in the production, it made a good performance, and the static sensitivity reached 1.3%. The technology can be adopted as RT method in the API 5L and ISO 3183 line pipe specification, so it is worth popularizing and applying.
