Analysis of Magnetic Memory Signals of 34CrMo4 Steel during Tensile Process

  • 摘要: 针对34CrMo4钢弧状试件表面法向磁场强度Hp(y)和磁场梯度的绝对值|k|随拉应力σ的变化规律进行了试验。结果表明:当拉应力低于屈服强度时,Hp(y)分布范围及|k|值均随σ的增加而增大;加载至接近屈服强度时,两者达到饱和。进入塑性变形阶段后,Hp(y)分布范围及|k|值下降明显,并对这一现象进行了解释。
    Abstract: The variation of magnetic field intensity Hp(y) and the absolute value of magnetic gradient |k| with tensile stress of 34CrMo4 steel were studied during tensile testing. It was found both Hp(y) and |k| increased with the increase of σ in the elastic stage, and reached the maximum values closing to yielding stress. However, Hp(y) and |k| decreased abruptly in the plastic stage, which was explained in detail in the paper.
