    道岔尖轨表面缺陷检测卡片式涡流传感器的设计与应用

    Design and Application of Card-Type Eddy Current Sensor for Testing the Surface Defects of Switch Rail

    • 摘要: 道岔表面为连续的变截面,给其表面缺陷检测造成了一定的难度。研究了一种适用于道岔轨道之间狭窄空间内侧表面缺陷检测的卡片式涡流传感器。该传感器包括弹性非金属薄片、多个检测线圈和两个磁铁薄片。利用磁铁薄片的磁特性使检测线圈能够与被检测面很好地贴合,减少涡流的提离效应,提高检测灵敏度。该传感器厚度为0.8 mm,尤其适用于道岔尖轨与基本轨之间狭窄空间的内侧表面缺陷检测。通过现场试验表明,该传感器完全满足道岔尖轨的现场检测要求。

       

      Abstract: The existed some difficulty to test the turnout surface for a continuous variable cross-section. A kind card-type eddy current sensor was developed, suitable for testing the narrow space between the inner turnout surfaces. The sensor was comprised of an elastic metallic sheet, a plurality of detection coils, and a single thin magnet. It fits well with switch rail with two magnet sheet, to reduce the lift-off effect of the eddy current and the detection sensitivity was improved. The thickness of the sensor was 0.8 mm, especially for testing switch rail and the narrow space between the inner turnout surface defects. The testing results showed that the sensor fully met with the requirements of site testing switch rail.
