磁轭放置方式对磁粉检测灵敏度影响的有限元分析
Finite Element Analysis of Influence for Magnetic Particle Inspection Sensitivity by Yoke Placement

摘要: 磁轭法是磁粉检测中最常用的检测方法, 由于工件外形不同, 会产生不同的磁轭放置方式, 采用有限元分析的方法对磁轭放置方式进行仿真模拟, 分析不同放置方式下的磁感应强度, 得到放置方式对于磁粉检测的影响, 对现场磁粉检测具有一定的指导作用。Abstract: Magnetic yoke method is the usually inspecting method in MPI, and there will be different placement due to the different shape of workpiece. This paper simulate the yoke placement with finite element analysis method and gets the influence of yoke placement on MPI and shall provide guidance for MPI in-situ.
