煤矿液压缸环焊缝缺陷超声成像检测系统的研制

摘要: 在液压支架制造企业的实际生产中, 采用A型超声探伤仪, 以传统的手动方式检测液压缸对接环焊缝质量, 存在效率低、可靠性差等问题。为了克服手动超声检测方式的缺点和不足, 保证焊接质量, 研制了一种以数字超声探伤仪为基础, 计算机为核心, 现有自动焊接装置为工件装夹平台的超声成像检测系统。介绍了该系统的总体设计、硬件组成和软件结构, 并利用含有人工缺陷的无缝钢管试样对系统进行了试验验证。结果表明, 该系统实现了液压缸环焊缝检测的自动化、数字化和图像化, 为缺陷的自动定量、定位和智能识别奠定了良好地基础。系统功能的进一步完善以及在实际生产中的应用, 将大大提高超声检测的可靠性和效率, 从而解决液压缸环焊缝质量检验的难题。Abstract: In manufacturing for factories of hydraulic support, there exist the problems such as inefficiency and low reliability while inspecting the butt girth weld quality of hydraulic cylinder in traditional manual mode by using A-scan ultrasonic flaw detector. In order to conquer the disadvantages of manual ultrasonic testing and ensure weld quality, an ultrasonic imaging testing system was designed, taking digital ultrasonic flaw detector as base, computer as core, and existing automatic welding equipment as clamping workpiece platform. Then, general scheme, hardware and software structure of this system were introduced in detail. Moreover, the experimental verification of this system was carried out by using the sample of seamless steel tube containing artificial defects. Results showed that this system well realized automatization, digitalization and imaging of girth weld testing for hydraulic cylinder and laid a good foundation for automatic quantitative, locating analysis and intelligent recognition of flaws. The further improvement of this system and its application in manufacturing will considerably enhance efficiency and reliability of ultrasonic testing, and then effectively solve the problem of girth weld quality test for hydraulic cylinder.
