    微小缺陷的液体渗透检测

    Liquid Penetrate Testing of Tiny Defects

    • 摘要: 从渗透检测方法原理、渗透液的物理性能、干粉显像剂的显像特性、微小缺陷的检出能力和现场检测工艺实施可行性等方面进行研究,探讨微小缺陷的液体渗透检测的可行性,试验表明,适当增加渗透滴落时间的延长显像时间,必要时增加振动,防止过水洗,可提高微小缺陷的液体渗透检出率。

       

      Abstract: This paper is to study the feasibility of liquid penetrate testing of tiny defects from the point of view of the testing principle, physical properties of liquid penetrate testing, dry imaging agent imaging characteristics, tiny defect detection ability and the feasibility of on-site inspection process. Experiments show that increasing in osmotic dropping time, prolonging the imaging time appropriately, and increasing the vibration and preventing the water washing when necessary can improve the detection rate of tiny flaws in the liquid penetrate test.
