    X射线平板探测器的成像噪声消除方法

    Study of Image Denoising Method in XRay FlatPanel Detector

    • 摘要: 针对X射线平板探测器的实时成像检测系统,分析噪声来源,研究消除随机噪声的方法,利用了多帧叠加,平滑滤波的线性、非线性滤波等方法,对实验测试得到的图像进行降噪处理,结果表明:该方法的降噪效果较好,为解决射线实时检测过程的图像降噪问题奠定了基础。

       

      Abstract: The noise origination of the realtime inspection system in XRay flatpanel detector was analyzed, and the method for removing the stochastic noise was studied. The test image was denoisied through methods of multiframes superimposition and smooth linear and nonlinear filtering. Results indicated that the method had the good effect to eliminate the stochastic noise of actual image, which laid the foundation on the denoising problems in Xray realtime detection process is supplied.
