The Research of Phased Array Process for Inertia Friction Welding

摘要: 由GH4169高温合金盘采用惯性摩擦焊焊接成的整体转子鼓筒,必须对焊接接头的质量进行无损检测。通过对比试件和专用吊具的研制,利用R/D Tech超声水浸检测系统对鼓筒惯性摩擦焊接头超声相控阵检测进行了应用研究,通过分析和试验,证明了采用超声相控阵技术检测GH4169高温合金鼓筒惯性摩擦焊接头质量的可行性和可靠性。Abstract: The spool compressor rotor is made of some GH 4169 high-temperature discs which were combined by inertia friction welding.Each inertia friction welded joints must be inspected to ensure its quality. By the research of reference reflector and special fixture, R/d Tech ultrasonic immersion inspection system is used to check the welded joints and it is proved the phased array technology applying to the inertia friction welded joints is available and reliable.
