    汽轮机枞树型叶轮超声相控阵对比试块的设计

    The Design of Ultrasonic Phased Array Reference Block for Circumferential Machined Fir Tree Style Turbine Disc

    • 摘要: 根据汽轮机切向装配枞树型叶轮的工作受力分析,结合现场裂纹的分布情况,设计加工了用于超声相控阵检测的对比试块,并进行了相关检测技术试验。试验结果表明,对比试块上的极限小尺寸和极限大尺寸的机加工槽均能被检出,且可清晰分辨切槽信号与叶轮的齿槽结构信号。该对比试块的设计,为切向装配枞树形叶轮的超声相控阵检测提供了良好的检测能力验证。

       

      Abstract: According to the work force environment of turbine fir tree and the on-site distribution of crack, a reference block with appropriate crack was designed. Phased array inspection technique was used to detect the defects of the reference block, and the results showed that the smallest and largest size defects of the machined groove could be detected and the impeller alveolar structure signal could all be identified clearly. The design of this reference block validated the research of phased array ultrasonic testing technology in steam turbine disc.
