摘要: 根据焊缝腐蚀后的结构,分析了超声检测焊缝腐蚀回波反射率与回波在焊缝中的水平和深度位置、回波波高以及与其他缺陷的区别,提出了一系列焊缝腐蚀超声波检测中的识别与判断方法,以便于有效的判断管道焊缝的完整性和掌握管道安全状况。Abstract: According to the structure of weld corrosion, this document mainly analyses the reflectiving of ultrasonic eches by weld corrosion, the horizontal and depth position of echo in weld, the height of echo waves and the differences from defects. At last, a series of ultrasonic testing identification and judgment methods toward corrosion were put forward, in order to judge the integrity of pipeline welds effectively and master the pipeline security situation.
