Quantitative Evaluation of the Cavity Defects in CFST Arch Bridge Using Ultrasonic Testing

  • 摘要: 钢管混凝土主拱结构因其性能优越,在大跨桥梁中得到广泛的应用,但钢管混凝土缺陷直接影响桥梁质量,破坏桥梁的承载力和耐久性。通过无损检测技术对钢管混凝土拱桥进行质量的监测至关重要,结合实际工程利用首波声时法对钢管混凝土拱桥拱肋的脱空缺陷进行定性、定量分析,并验证了该法的有效性。
    Abstract: The arch structure of concrete filled steel tube has been widely applied in large-span bridge structure for its performance advantages, but the defects in concrete filled steel tube structure directly affect the quality of bridge, damage the bearing capacity and durability of the Bridges. Through the nondestructive testing technology, the monitoring and testing of the quality of concrete filled steel tube arch bridge is vital. By combining with the real engineering project, this paper discussed the qualitative and quantitative analysis of cavity defects in CFST arch bridge applying on the first wave of sound method, verified its validity and provided reference for relative engineerings.
