The Fatigue Damage Inspection of Compressor Crankshaft Based on Magnetic Memory Technology

摘要: 疲劳失效是压缩机曲轴损坏的主要形式,针对其失效方式长期缺乏有效的早期诊断方法的问题,对压缩机曲轴常用材料球墨铸铁进行拉伸和疲劳试验,并进行疲劳寿命的有限元模拟。采用TSC1M4型应力集中磁指示仪记录整个试验过程的磁记忆信号表征情况,并加以分析。结果表明,通过磁记忆检测技术能够有效地判断球墨铸铁疲劳失效的各个阶段,该方法能够应用到压缩机曲轴的在役评价。Abstract: The fatigue failure is an important factor to damage compressor crankshaft. There is a lack of effective early diagnosis method for the failure mode for long a time. The tensile and fatigue progress tests are carried out for nodular cast iron, which is the common materials of the compressor crankshaft, and the fatigue life is simulated by the finite element. Magnetic indicator of stress concentration (TSC1M4) is used to record and analyze characterization of magnetic memory signal throughout the whole test. The results show that magnetic memory testing technology can effectively determine the various stages of fatigue failure of nodular cast iron. This technique can be applied to evaluate the inservice compressor crankshaft.
